Start with double cleansing even on no makeup days, this gets rid of any pollution. I recommend exfoliating 2-3 times a week using an exfoliating peel for skin prone to rosacea/redness and a grit skin scrub for other skin types. Follow with toning, serums and moisturiser. SPF in the day time is a must, vit c cream is great to apply in the day time too.
